Free Delivery Within South Africa
Delivery is free on all book orders to addresses within South Africa.
There is no additional courier charge added to your order at checkout for deliveries within South Africa.
Orders are delivered by courier to the delivery address provided when placing your order.
Please ensure that your:
delivery address is complete and correct;
contact number is accurate; and
someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules and whether the delivery address is in a major centre or an outlying area.
Order Processing
Once your order and payment have been successfully received, your books will be prepared for dispatch.
Where tracking information is available, this may be provided once your order has been handed to the courier.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, courier delays may occasionally occur for reasons outside our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Details
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information when placing an order.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional courier charges may apply to arrange a second delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

Our standard online checkout and free delivery offer apply to South African deliveries only.
